EASTER SUNDAY

Easter is the oldest and the most important Christian Festival, the celebration of the death and coming to life again of Jesus Christ. For Christians, the dawn of Easter Sunday with its message of new life is the high point of the Christian year. At our Pagham Church the cross is decorated with flowers and these are given to members of the congregation at the end of the Church Service.

Our Easter Church Worship on Sunday 8th April 2012, was led by the Revd Fred Manual. It was also our monthly Communion Service and in accordance with our Christian traditions all members of the congregation were invited to the Lord's Table to share communion by eating and drinking the consecrated bread and wine that was distributed to those who wished to participate.
